About Teresa Porter
The visionary behind Sirrine Yoga
Teresa Porter embodies resilience and determination. A devoted wife and mother of three, she wears multiple hats with grace and tenacity while turning her dreams into tangible realities.

A lifelong calling
Teresa's work has always been rooted in a belief that care should be practical, welcoming, and available to the people who need it.
Experience built over decades of listening
Over the course of her career, Teresa has built a wide-ranging toolkit: 25+ years running her own massage practice, 20+ years teaching yoga, 8+ years in nervous system integration, and 15+ years leading retreats from the Tetons to the Arizona desert. Her work with the NFL, professional athletic teams, international dance companies, Fortune 500 executives, corporate organizations, and first responder communities has taught her to listen closely to the ways stress, emotion, and neglected self-care can affect the whole person.
That listening became the foundation for the Sirrine Yoga Mindfulness Programs, created to bring practical healing tools into corporations and organizations and to reach people who may never have felt comfortable with, or had access to, alternative practices. Teresa's expertise and magnetic presence have been featured on ABC15 and iHeartRadio, but her work remains deeply personal: each session is an invitation to shift perspective, reconnect with yourself, and begin again.

The Story BehindSirrine Yoga
In 2007, pregnant with their third daughter and raising two kids under five, Teresa and her husband watched their world unravel. When the recession hit and her husband lost his job, foreclosure on their house and the specter of financial ruin cast a dark shadow over their lives. Faced with the stark reality of making ends meet, her husband took a leap into a new, passion-driven career despite a steep pay cut. Within that tempest, they lost nearly everything the world told them defined success. In the middle of that storm, they let go of what success was supposed to look like and found something truer: resilience, vulnerability, and strength in simply being.
Teresa never forgot what it felt like to need a hand, and to be grateful when one was there; she made a quiet promise that once they found stability again, they'd always find ways to give back. Then their daughter arrived, a light breaking through the darkest season of their lives. They named her Sirrine, and she became a living reminder that sunshine follows the rain.
That's the heart Sirrine Yoga carries: a belief that help matters, healing is possible, community matters, and no matter how hard the season, hope always follows.
